This notice explains what happens when you contact Edge Comfort through this website and how we measure aggregate site usage.

When you submit an enquiry, partner application or Studio request, we receive the information you choose to provide. This may include your name, work email, organisation, company website, service region, partner type, customer sectors, local capabilities, solution interests, first-project status, message and relevant Studio inputs or results. We record the acknowledgement required when an applicant wants third-party equipment sellers included in the platform model.
If you submit the first step of the partner form, we save the work email, organisation, service region and partner type even if you do not complete the second step, so we can follow up on the enquiry.
We use this information to review and respond to your request, assess project or partnership fit, prepare the information you asked for, continue the related conversation and operate the enquiry forms. Submitting a form does not subscribe you to an automated marketing list or create a distribution agreement.
A Pioneer Home application may include contact details, room context, modification permission, participation preferences and separate choices for measurement-data review, photos, public story, approximate region and appointment handling. A case is not published merely because it was submitted. Edge Comfort reviews it first, and public pages never display an exact home address.
When a visitor follows a Pioneer referral link, we place a first-party, HTTP-only attribution cookie so a later enquiry or application can be connected to one referrer. We keep the referral, order-confirmation state and reward ledger needed to prevent duplicate or self-referrals and administer the programme. Referrers see only masked lead details, not another customer's order details.
A visitor requesting a video conversation or appointment provides a name, email, preferred timing and optional message. The host sees the request and may approve or decline it. Edge Comfort does not publish the host's exact address, and private contact details should be exchanged only after approval where needed to arrange the appointment.
Enquiry and partner-application data is kept only for as long as needed to respond, evaluate the relationship, maintain necessary business records and meet legal obligations. Website enquiries are handled by the Edge Comfort / Passive Edge operating team and may be processed outside the EEA; contractual and data-processing details are confirmed where required for a commercial relationship.
